From the first time you meet Josephine, you will feel comfortable with her warmth and aloha spirit.  Born and raised on the island of Oahu, Josephine Alonso is truly invested in Hawaii and proud to call it home.  She is a graduate of Hawaii Pacific University, where she obtained a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management.  

 

Her 16 years of vast professional experience in the real estate industry which encompasses residential sales and property management, development, residential and commercial mortgage lending, and insurance has prepared her to provide exceptional service to all her clients whether they are planning to sell their home, desiring to buy their dream home, or intending to build wealth through real estate.  As a daughter of hard-working immigrant parents, Josephine learned at a young age the importance of strong work ethic, humility, and being respectful toward others.  She is passionate about helping her clients’ dreams of owning a piece of paradise become a reality and dedicated to representing their best interests throughout the real estate transaction.  Her diverse experience, knowledge, and familiarity with the Hawaii market are valuable assets to both buyers and sellers.

During her spare time, Josephine enjoys creating memories with her family and fur baby, hiking, kayaking, kickboxing, dancing hula and writing poetry.

CHRISTIAN BATOON, Acquisition Manager

Born in Kapolei to Filipino immigrant parents who worked as a Deputy Sheriff and Nurse, Chris has developed a strong sense of service.

An empathetic and dedicated professional, Chris serves as a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist at Hawaii Home Buying Solutions LLC. Passionate about providing solutions to financial struggle inspired by his own life struggles, Chris has built a career assisting homeowners in distress due to circumstances like foreclosure, divorce, and tax delinquencies. Chris brings many solutions and smooth transitions for owners into their next life stage. Whether it's navigating foreclosures, divorce, or probate, Chris' expansive network and collaborative approach ensure that his clients positioned to find the right solutions for any circumstance. CESAR TAUYAN, Acquisition Manager

Cesar along with his wife and 4 kids reside in Ewa Beach, Hawaii.  Raised in a military family, he lived and traveled all over the United States and Europe before finally returning home to Hawaii.  He graduated from Campbell High School Class of 1999 and got his bachelor Degree in French from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa.

Cesar loves playing the piano, kettleball workouts, and taking on many business ventures.

NOBUO WEST, Acquisition Manager

Born and raised in Koror, Palau who served in the United States Army for 12 years. Nobuo or some may call him West has always been helpful and a giving person. Always willing to go above and beyond to help people. 

​

With the skill of problem solving that he gained from serving in the military. He is able to find multiple ways in order to successfully help homeowners in need or point them in the right direction. West is a dedicated individual, also a people's person. Serving as our Acquisition Manager in order to cooperate with homeowners that are facing difficulties regarding their home. His mission in our company is to help as many homeowners as he can to provide ease to those that are facing challenges.
